Facilities Management and Ancillary Services oversees construction and renovation projects across McGill campuses, from classroom and laboratory upgrades to the complete interior demolition of a building and its remodeling. This section details some of the largest projects underway.

  • Stewart Biology Building

    Complete redevelopment of the West block's interior spaces, construction of new state-of-the-art research and teaching laboratories and full replacement of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Crane lifting new boiler into powerhouse

    Construction of a new greenhouse and service building connected to the Raymond Building to replace the old Raymond and Summerby greenhouses.
