Speakers
• Stuart Kozlick, Eng, MASc, is a Strategic Advisor, Executive-In-Residence within the Emerging Technology & Startup group at Fasken. An engineer and entrepreneur specializing in medical technologies, devices and healthcare systems, Stuart is called upon to lead strategic initiatives to integrate and develop complex medical device systems in the clinical field. Stuart also serves as Professor of Practice at Ï㽶ÊÓƵ’s Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences, Department of Surgery, and as Faculty Lecturer in the university’s Faculty of Engineering, Departments of Bioengineering and Mechanical Engineering, as well as the Faculty of Management, Dobson Centre for Entrepreneurship.
• Jean-Nicolas Delage, LLB, is a Partner and the co-leader of the Technology, Media and Telecommunications group at Fasken. He specializes in intellectual property strategy for rapidly growing technological clients. Jean-Nicolas often helps clients with intellectual property matters during commercial transactions, including licensing, cooperation agreements, due diligence investigations, etc.
