A Postdoctoral Researcher is an employee category, represented by the AMURE Union (/hr/files/hr/collective_agreement_-_post_docs_-_2023-2026_-_final_-_with_signture.pdf).
Postdoctoral Fellow / Scholar
A Postdoctoral Fellow is a student category, paid 100% of total income from funds external to McGill.
A Postdoctoral Scholar is a student category, completely funded from own grant/award.
