,ÌýPh.D., is a full professor in the Department of psychology at the University of Sherbrooke. He is also an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist, member of the Canadian and the American Psychological Associations. Over the last decade, his research and consulting have encompassed counterproductive work behaviors, psychological wellbeing and health promoting practices within health institutions. His research and partnerships have resulted in more than 50 publications, including scientific articles, proceedings, reports and book chapters.
