McGill Personal Finance Essentials Director Benjamin Croitoru recently sat down with Gail Henderson, Associate Professor and Associate Dean at Queen's University Faculty of Law, to discuss how Canadian elementary school teachers are addressing financial literacy in the classroom. Their conversation touched on the role of the Canadian Financial Literacy Database, how financial literacy teaching materials differ depending on their source, the role of financial regulators in protecting everyday Canadians, and even some advice for parents of young children.
