The upside of regret

Professor Karl Moore’s distinguished career has spanned 35 years. As he approaches retirement, even he has doubts about some of the professional choices he has made. He questions those who don’t, because regret catalyzes positive change going forward. By admitting his desire to have done some things differently, Moore believes he is better prepared to write the final chapter of his career with greater intentionality and purpose.
