The traps of neglecting the soft side of business

Drawing from Professor Henry Mintzberg’s critique of MBA programs, an article in Financial Times sheds light on some of the outmoded concepts that are still relied upon heavily by business practitioners, arguing that perhaps it is time focus more on the “softer” aspects of business, such as people.
