Three tips for navigating the future

As the world becomes increasingly tech savvy, a recent blog post shares three guiding principles to help us stay afloat. Along the way, the author cites the work of Desautels Professors Henry Mintzberg and Karl Moore on emergent strategy.
An emergent strategy, writes McGill Professor Moore, is the “view that strategy emerges over time as intentions collide with and accommodate a changing reality. Emergent strategy is a set of actions, or behavior, consistent over time”.
