Taking a break the ambivert way

If you’re neither an introvert nor an extrovert, referred to as an ambivert, Professor Karl Moore argues that you too need time to recharge your batteries.
Indeed, breaks are useful to make up for the overuse of one side of an ambivert’s personality, says Prof. Moore.
