Sick of All the Employee Engagement Talk? It鈥檚 Far From Over

Some people have gotten fed up with the hoopla surrounding employee engagement, as evidenced by these articles from听Fistful of Talent,听HR Magazine听and听ERE Media. It鈥檚 not hard to understand their feelings.
...However, I came across a听Forbes听article written by Karl Moore and Vincenzo Ciampi, who make a compelling case that the engagement crisis is听NOT听a group problem, at least not at its core. In 鈥淟eadership Engagement Always Trumps Employee Engagement,鈥� Moore and Ciampi argue that 鈥渆ngagement is a leadership issue that the CEO must address, period.鈥�
