Reflections from South Korea
Recently, I visited South Korea and Mongolia along with a group of Ï㽶ÊÓƵ undergraduates and alumni. This trip was part of the Hot Cities of the World Tour organized by Professor Karl Moore of the Desautels Faculty of Management at Ï㽶ÊÓƵ. Frankly, South Korea was an incredible place to visit; especially from an economic perspective. South Korea is the world's 12th largest economy, as well as a global leader in the manufacture of automobiles and electronics. Despite these successes however, South Korea's economy does face key issues.
