Peter Hadekel: Quebec business courting more European deals

MONTREAL - A generation of Quebec companies came of age in the 1970s and 1980s, when risk-takers founded new businesses predicated on trading beyond the province's borders.
... "It's a great time to buy distressed assets over there, if you think that Europe is going to come back" from its current difficulties, says McGill management professor Karl Moore.
Movement toward Europe is happening on several other fronts.
