The head of one of Quebec's biggest companies says "Quebec Inc." must evolve into a new economic movement called " Quebec.com"if the province's distinct society is to move forward. "If we want to succeed, if we want employees to pay taxes and participate in our distinct society, it takes well-paying jobs," said Pierre Karl Peladeau, president and chief executive of Quebec telecommunications giant, Quebecor Inc.
