Péladeau likely won't scuttle Rona deal: Moore

Pierre Karl Péladeau is calling on the Caisse de Depot to intervene in Lowe's takeover of Rona, but Karl Moore, Professor of Business Strategy, Ï㽶ÊÓƵ says he likely won't be able to scuttle the deal, as the Caisse has a duty to maximize value for Quebec pensioners.
