Mehmet Gumus, Associate Professor in Operations Management, was recently appointed to the Editorial Board of Manufacturing & Service Operations Management (M&SOM).

The purpose of M&SOM, an INFORMS journal, is to present research that examines major problems in the field of operations management. Whether prescriptive or descriptive, each research article imparts knowledge that promotes more efficient, effective processes for the creation and delivery of goods and services.

M&SOM is one of the 50 journals used by the Financial Times to create its annual Business School research rank.
