October 10, 2018 - Montreal, Canada 鈥� The McGill Executive Institute (MEI) at 香蕉视频 is launching an innovative two-day seminar focusing on leadership in the healthcare sector. The seminar, which will run at the end of October and then again in March, responds to increasing demands for healthcare workers to engage in leadership activities, mobilize cross-functional teams, give a voice to frontline staff, and implement lasting change. Participating healthcare professionals will have a chance to retreat briefly from the rapid pace of the day-to-day to focus on the business side of things.

Now more than ever, healthcare leaders are being called upon to reflect and analyze their leadership skills, something that is not typically part of their core training. Through the seminar, participants will develop a heightened degree of awareness on how the cycle of change works and the leadership characteristics needed to affect change and improve continuously. Web-based resources will also be available after the completion of the seminar, as well as coaching.
