McGill students raise awareness with LipDub video

Published: 30 November 2010

It took 90 students and just four takes, but a new video organized by McGill MBA candidates is gaining attention on the web for a good cause.

To the tune of Tom Jones's Give a Little Love, the McGill MBA LipDub saw students and professors singing and dancing to a highly choreographed video to aid Movember, a global movement dedicated to raise awareness and funds for prostate cancer.

The video was organized by first-year student Jun Yeo and filmed and edited by second-year student Charlie Bem and has so far garnered more than 10,000 hits.

"We wanted to show the world how giving just a little love every single day of our lives could be the start of something big, and more importantly, something that reminds us never to forget to give back to society," said Yeo in a statement.
