McGill student shines in Bourstad simulation challenge
Congratulations to Elisabeth Massicotte (BCom’22), one of 17 grand prize winners for the Bourstad Challenge 2021. First launched in 2016, the stock simulation challenge awards $33,000 in prize money to outstanding high school and university students who compete in financial performance, portfolio management, and responsible investment categories. Massicotte earned a 1st grand prize in portfolio management and responsible investment. She was also awarded national grand prize and university grand prize for overall performance, as well as a national grand prize for portfolio management by a female participant.
