MBA students and Desautels Faculty of Management awarded PGSS Strength of the Society Award

Published: 4 May 2006

MBA students and the Desautels Faculty of Management have been awarded the 2006 PGSS Strength of the Society Award. This is awarded to the faculty which made the greatest contribution to PGSS internal committees. We hope that this trend will continue and that MBA students will continue to have a positive impact not only on what goes on in the Bronfman Building but within all of McGill. The MBA Student Association would like to thank the following students, who took time to participate on these committees:

Michael Lubetsky (2 committees); Kanhaiya Kumar Sinha (1 committee); Veronique Cadieux (2 committees); Jamie Wald (1 committee); Travis Taylor (3 committees); Noah Billick (1 committee); Hani Saadi (1 committee).

We would also like to congratulate Mike Lubetsky, who won the coveted Advocate of the Society Award, given to the graduate student who has made the most significant contribution to PGSS. Mike has worked tirelessly throughout the year on numerous projects and has represented our faculty with pride and resolve. This is truly a well-deserved honour.
