Job design matters

Professor Lisa Cohen joins the hosts of Talking About Organizations to share her insights on job design, particularly the approach that companies should take in defining job responsibilities and crafting job descriptions. She also weighs in on the value of the Job Diagnostic Survey designed in 1975 to help employers gauge employee performance and satisfaction.
