Insights on medical leadership from David Eidelman

In conversation with Professor Karl Moore, Dr. David Eidelman, Vice-Principal (Health Affairs) and Dean of Ï㽶ÊÓƵ’s Faculty of Medicine, explains why being a doctor today is less about being an authoritative voice and more about being an excellent listener and identifying a capable team.
If the medical field is in constant evolution, then doctors must be adaptable and open to new ways of better applying their knowledge, remarks Dr. Eidelman.
