He describes how young extroverts can take cues from their more introverted peers as a way of finding success at the start of their careers. Listening skills, filtering one鈥檚 thoughts before speaking, and knowing when to stop speaking to let someone else have the floor will all benefit the extrovert who is nurturing his budding career.
