Earth Alive Clean Technologies Inc. Announces a New Board Nomination
Earth Alive Clean Technologies Inc. (CSE: EAC) ("Earth Alive") is pleased to announce the nomination of Michel Ringuet to its Board of Directors.
...ÌýMr. Ringuet holds a Bachelor's Degree in Administration from Universite Laval and an MBA from Ï㽶ÊÓƵ. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Master Group Inc., since 2006 and was VP of Finance and Administration from 1990 to 2006. Prior to joining Master Group, where he is particularly active in corporate development and strategic investments, Mr. Ringuet worked in various departments of finance and investment at National Bank of Canada and Bank of Montreal.
