Bettez named league MVP as five Martlets merit all-star honours

MONTREAL - Ann-Sophie Bettez (BCom'11), a Ï㽶ÊÓƵ forward from Sept-Iles, Que., has been named female hockey player of the year for the second time in three seasons, by the Réseau du sport étudiant du Québec.
Bettez, who finished second in the league scoring race with 37 points and 13 goals in 20 games, was one of five members of the division-leading Martlets who merited RSEQ all-star status, including three who won major awards, in voting conducted by the conference's five head coaches.
