Desautels Faculty of Management BCom students took two 1st place and two 2nd place podiums at the 21st edition of the Jeux du Commerce, held at Universit茅 de Quebec in Montreal from January 2-4, 2009.

Over 1,200 students from 13 Eastern-Canadian universities attended this inter-university competition. In addition to competitions that applied academic knowledge to real-life situations, there were opportunities to network with students from different universities, and connect with the business world.聽 Sports and social competitions were also part of the event.

Great performances won four podiums for the McGill students:

First place

Marketing: Rebecca Mintz, Jessica Neufeld, Derek Ruediger
Strategy: Jamie Edelsberg, Olivia Lee, Stephen Neirinck

Second place

International Business:聽 Stelios Charalambous, Daniel Dvinov, Am茅lie Foz-Couture,
Management Information Systems:聽 Steve Bercovici, Michael Conrad, Khaled Kteily聽
