When Atcon Holdings Inc. inks a deal with the province for $50 million in loan guarantees, the provincial government will have an unprecedented sway over the private company... Jan Jorgensen, associate professor at the Desautels Faculty of Management at Ï㽶ÊÓƵ, said there are risks for companies like Atcon when they agree to certain constraints in order to access government aid.
