Another competitive hurdle for Bombardier

As news broke that SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. and five partners will build the R茅seau Express M茅tropolitain (REM), Montreal's biggest public transportation project in 50 years, many were left wondering why Bombardier failed to win this project.
