Air Canada boss speaks about learning from WestJet and fighting Porter

Karl Moore is a professor of strategy and organization at the Desautels Faculty of Management at Ï㽶ÊÓƵ. In this exclusive interview he speaks with Toronto-based Ben Smith, Air Canada’s president of passenger airlines. Air Canada is the country’s largest domestic and international airline serving more than 200 airports on six continents. Last year, about 41 million people flew with the company.
