Integrated Management Symposium: Lifelong Wellness
Product innovation and multisystemic approaches to aging
Dr. Mehmood Khan
CEO and Board Member, Life Biosciences Ltd.
Former Vice Chairman of PepsiCo
With recent scientific advances, aging is no longer simply a normal consequence of a life well lived or and a path to death through painful and costly chronic diseases. Increasingly, it is seen as a process that can be managed by extending years of healthy lifestyle and containing ever-increasing healthcare costs.
Join Laurette Dubé, Professor of Marketing and Director of the McGill Centre for the Convergence of Health and Economics, in conversation with Dr. Mehmood Khan, scientist and former Vice Chairman of PepsiCo turned CEO of Life Biosciences Inc., a healthy living startup with more than $75 million in venture funding.
They will explore how the scientific community is partnering with business leaders, policymakers, and educators in an attempt to stave off multiple diseases of aging through integrated interventions and product innovation ranging from food and pharmaceuticals to bio technologies encompassing the end-to-end value chain from the consumer to retailer.
