Academic Advising and Contacts
Students can contact the Chemical Engineering ugrad.chemeng [at] mcgill.ca (Undergraduate Program Coordinator)Ìýto inquire about program requirements, course selection, degree evaluation or permit overrides for Chemical Engineering courses.
Usually, emails are answered within 2-3 business days (excluding staff vacation days).Ìý During registration periods, when a higher than usual volume of inquiries is received, longer turnaround time should be expected.
Throughout their time of study in the department, students will be introduced to important resources, rules and regulations that will help them navigateÌýtheir academic pursuits successfully. It is the students' responsibility to explore these resources and learn the available tools to manage their studies.
Students must be aware of the key academic dates and pay due attention to the important instructions from the Department or Faculty to avoid unnecessary wait time and missing deadlines.
Students may book advising appointments with the Undergraduate Program Coordinator or other members of the Undergraduate Curriculum Committee.
