Bernard Stotland (BCom’57), President of the Jewish General Hospital Board of Directors from 2009 to 2011, has been honoured with a 150th Anniversary Medal by the Senate of Canada, in recognition for his achievements as a leader at the hospital and his support for arts and cultural organizations in Montreal.

Indigo Books, Canada's largest book, gift and specialty toy retailer, has announced the appointment of Craig Loudon (BCom’94) as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective February 5, 2019.

Brett Miller (BCom’86) has been appointed CEO of Canderel, effective February 18, 2019. Miller succeeds Jonathan Wener, founder and CEO for the past 44 years.

Miller has nearly 30 years of international experience in real estate and entrepreneurial businesses. Since 2012 he has served as CEO of JLL Canada, one of Canada's fastest growing real estate companies.
