We all know that we should ask for what we need, speak up when something is bothering us, and have healthy boundaries around our work.
Come paint your colours on a cloth tote bag to brighten up winter! Leave with your own signature tote to carry books, snacks, a water bottle or whatever else that maintains your health and well-being on campus. All materials provided.
Please register 24 hours prior to the start of the workshop.
The Foundation Series Part 2: Skills for Strategic Procrastination
Having difficulty getting started? Do you find yourself putting off tasks? This workshop will help you learn strategies to reduce procrastination and increase productivity.
Come meet our wonderful Handlers and Dogs who are trained in providing you with comfort and stress relief. A Hub Peer Supporter will also be present to answer any questions you may have about the Student Wellness Hub and its services and to provide peer support and health navigation.
The therapy dogs are coming to Arts OASIS! Take a well-deserved break and unwind with a couple of furry friends and free tea and hot chocolate. Your Local Wellness Advisor, and Arts Academic advisors will also be present if you have any questions.
Join the Digital Wellbeing Series, designed in 3 parts to cultivate mindfulness about screen time and its impacts. This group will offer practical strategies and insights to explore your digital consumption and enhance your overall wellbeing.
Take a break with your Local Wellness Advisor and a member of the Arts OASIS team. This a time to relax with free tea and hot chocolate and an opportunity to chat about wellness and/or academic advising. Please bring your own mug or container whenever possible.
