Ï㽶ÊÓƵ

The Department of Biochemistry at Ï㽶ÊÓƵ is home to a robust, multidisciplinary research program that spans a wide range of scientific disciplines. The department's core research activities are complemented by collaborations with five integrated, translational research institutes, each focusing on distinct areas of biochemical and molecular research. These institutes work in concert to advance our understanding of the chemical processes within living organisms, emphasizing how these processes are fundamental to health, disease, and therapeutic development.

In addition to its cutting-edge research, the department fosters collaborations with industrial alliances, offering undergraduate students hands-on opportunities to gain real-world experience in biochemical sciences. These partnerships enable students to engage in fast-paced, practical learning environments, bridging the gap between academic theory and industry application.
