Grab the attention of your site visitors with the McGill Call to action block template.

The Call to action block is part of a collection of template blocks. 

The blocks are available in full-, half-, and third-widths and display:

  • An image
  • Title
  • Description text
  • A call to action formatted as a red button

To create a Call to action block on your site:

  1. From the shortcut bar, click “Create content”
  2. Click “McGill Call to action”
  3. Fill out the form fields to:
    • Give your block a label
    • Add an image, title, and description text
    • Create your button by adding a button “Title” and “URL” under “Link”
  4. Click “Save”
  5. To place the block on your page(s), follow the instructions in the IT Knowledge Base for

Pro tip: Use consistent image ratios when cropping your images to ensure your blocks line up nicely when displayed at half- and third-width.
