Teach.Learn.Share is back: New podcast miniseries on assessment strategies!

Teaching and Learning Services is pleased to present a new podcast miniseries focusing on strategies for assessment for learning.

is a podcast that thoughtfully explores teaching and learning practices in higher ed. In our first five-episode miniseries, we held thought-provoking discussions on the links between assessment and well-being, and how small changes to assessment practices can benefit students and instructors alike. This term, we are expanding on the topic of assessment for learning and digging into the details of assessment strategies in use by McGill instructors.

Join us over our next five-episode miniseries as we delve into creative, concrete, and transferable assessment strategies centered around assessment for learning. In each episode, we sit down with instructors from across McGill to explore a different strategy, discussing its design and implementation. Listen in as instructors share what works and where the challenges lie in assessments for large and small classes, as well as in individual, peer, and authentic assessment strategies.
