Le programme en leadership amène les étudiants à acquérir les compétences et les outils - notamment les pratiques novatrices - nécessaires pour mieux diriger et encadrer des milieux de travail diversifiés, négocier avec brio, influencer des équipes, obtenir des résultats et faire appel à l’analyse de données pour prendre des décisions éclairées. Fondé sur une méthode d’enseignement axée sur l’apprenant, il met à profit les simulations, l’apprentissage expérientiel et les études de cas, et offre l’occasion de rencontrer des conférenciers invités et des chefs de file du secteur.
