CIVE 385 Structural Steel and Timber Design (3 credits)

Overview

Civil Engineering : Structural loadings, load factors, code requirements and design procedures. Characteristics of structural steel and structural timber in building construction. Structural design of axially loaded tension and compression members, joists, beams, girders, trusses and framing systems.
