Overview

Translation : Introduction to the field of jurilinguistics. Examination of the theory of jurilinguistics, including the theory of legal translation (text typologies and equivalency in legal translation), the principles of co-drafting, legal terminology development, and other aspects of legal language, such as readability and plain language.
