Program Requirements
Le certificat de développement professionnel en analyse d’affaires vise principalement à fournir aux professionnels les connaissances et les habiletés requises pour devenir des analystes d’affaires efficaces, pour comprendre les problèmes opérationnels, déceler les occasions et recommander des solutions et pour agir comme agent de liaison entre les parties prenantes de l’entreprise afin d’obtenir, d’analyser, de communiquer et de valider les exigences relatives aux changements à apporter aux processus, aux politiques et aux systèmes d’information de l’entreprise. Il accorde une importance particulière aux principes, aux méthodes et aux outils d’analyse d’affaires préconisés dans le Guide du Corpus des connaissances de l’analyse d’affaires® (Guide BABOK®) et à l’acquisition d’aptitudes interpersonnelles essentielles, y compris la communication, le travail d’équipe, la résolution de conflits et l’animation.
Ce programme, offert en anglais, doit être terminé en deux ans.

CBUS 210D1 Comprehensive Business Analysis (8 unités d'EP)

Affaires : Fundamental principles of business analysis and tools and techniques available. Principles apply to projects of all sizes in the business world. Topics include: standards, planning and monitoring, requirements elicitation and analysis, enterprise analysis, solution assessment, competencies, finance 101 business analysis, Lean-6 Sigma approach to problem identification.

Affaires : The objective is to help learners develop effective interpersonal skills. Emphasis is placed on the following areas: communication styles, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, working with teams and influencing others, workplace diversity and intercultural communication, presentation skills, and facilitation skills. As a result of acquiring and developing these interpersonal skills, learners can increase their overall professional effectiveness.

Affaires : This hands-on course will focus on the building blocks of the Business Model Canvas, Business Motivation Models, and conducting rigorous feasibility studies and well-constructed business cases. Techniques for effectively introducing change will include Business Process Modeling Notation and a hybrid Use Case approach (Unified Modelling Language), from both a business and a systems perspective.
