Overview

Business : This course explores issues and techniques relevant to financing private companies. Focus is placed on business planning and financial modeling, positioning the business for financing, structuring, raising capital, negotiations and loan agreements. Course assignments will provide students with an opportunity to apply their knowledge to realistic cases to reinforce practical skills.
