Overview

EDLE : This course will explore the concepts and skills necessary to manage the human and financial resources of organizations (companies, NGOs, schools, departments), including topics such as labour contracts, staff supervision, and the use of volunteers. The course will also explore side-budget management in not-for-profit organisations, particularly in relation to strategic and operational goals and objectives. It will investigate the process of formulating expenditure decisions that align with strategic goals. Models of budget development will be explored, as will approaches to costeffectiveness analysis in educational settings.

Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2016-2017 academic year.
