Overview
Business : This course builds on the Introductory and Intermediate Business Valuation courses and focuses on more sophisticated valuations techniques such as valuation of various classes of shares, financial instruments, valuation of start-ups and high-tech companies, measurement of Fair Value in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”), contingent consideration, tax loss carry forwards, real property (land and buildings) and equipment.
