Overview

Library & Information Studies : Introduction to management theory and decision making in the context of information agencies and services. Emphasis is placed on strategic planning, organizing, quality management, organizational behaviour, human resource management, leadership and communication, management of change, legal issues in information agencies, and information use in decision making.
