Overview

Mining & Materials Engineering : Basic forms of engineering communication: memoranda, executive summaries, letters, proposals, evaluations, oral presentations and presentation graphics, email, groupware, workflow, internet, graphics and presentation tools. Adaptation into engineering. Short assignments and oral presentations.
