Overview

Art History : This course investigates Renaissance art and architecture in a period of economic, social, philosophical and cultural change. Attention will be paid to the social and religious context of works, and emphasis will be on major artists such as Michelangelo, Leonardo and Botticelli, as well as lesser-known practitioners.

Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2011-2012 academic year.
