Overview

Library & Information Studies : An examination of key issues in human resource management for service provision in libraries and information centres. Topics include reengineering for service quality, human resource planning, hiring policies and human rights, staff training and development, performance appraisal supervision, staff motivation, occupational health and safety, negotiation and conflict management.
