ARTH 415 Late Medieval & Renaissance Architecture in Northern Europe (3 credits)

Histoire de l'art : This course is to show the diversity of architectural practice in France, England, Germany and Central Europe from 1400 to 1600, covering ecclesiastical and secular architecture. The stylistic spectrum ranges from late Gothic over the reception of forms of the Italian Renaissance, to the revival of late Gothic forms, reaching its climax around 1600.

Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2009-2010 academic year.
