Overview
Public Law 3 : An examination of the ethical and moral issues which confront lawyers practising in a variety of settings. Consideration is given to the Canons of Ethics promulgated by the Quebec Bar, the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association and the American Bar Association, with emphasis on standards of professional conduct and mechanisms for enforcing appropriate behaviour.
