PHGY 444 Theoretical Electrophysiology (3 credits)

Overview

Physiology : Mathematical and numerical modelling of electrophysiological systems, concentrating on heart and brain. Bifurcation theory will be the focal point of the mathematical treatment. Students will be required to write a term paper, and make an oral presentation.

Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2009-2010 academic year.
