Imposter Syndrome for Grad Students in Medicine & Health Sciences
Do you feel like you were admitted to your program by accident and you might be uncovered as a fraud? Do find yourself comparing your achievements to others in your program and feeling “behind” despite your success? Do you fear asking questions or speaking up because you worry that you might say something wrong? You may be experiencing Imposter Syndrome which is a common experience in graduate school. This workshop will discuss what Imposter Syndrome is, where it comes from, and how to address it in practical ways. Please join us to learn more about this topic and how you can recognize when this is happening to you, and how to take action in your own life.
